BofA has free business checking for certain customers. Most bank savings rates are low. ING or a similar online banks are good for higher return savings accounts.
You can usually get discounts and free services if you ask nicely or have a good relationship with your banker. Competition is fierce and they don't want to lose your business over an overdraft fee, etc.
