Imporatnt thing with SEO is that whatever you do don't just "overdo it". if you are doing blog commenting and you do hundreds of those on single day and so on continued to be for longer period you will surely be banned, better try not to overdo it just try to work only with relevant category otherwise it wil be considered as spaming.

SEO - Optimized Keywords

Keyword Frequency:

This is calculated as how often does a keyword appear in a site's title or description. You

don't want to go overboard with frequency, however, since on some engines if you repeat a

word too many times, you'll be penalized for "spamming" or keyword stuffing. In general

though, repeat your keyword in the document as many times as you can get away with, and

up to 3-7 times in your META tags.Keyword Weight:

This refers to the number of keywords appearing on your Web page compared to the total

number of words appearing on that same page. Some search engines consider this when

determining the rank of your Web site for a particular keyword search. One technique that

often works well is to create some smaller pages, generally just a paragraph long, which

emphasize a particular keyword. By keeping the overall number of words to a minimum, you

will increase the "weight" of the keyword you are emphasizing.Keyword Proximity:

This refers to the placement of keywords on a Web page in relation to each other or, in

some cases, in relation to other words with a similar meaning as the queried keyword. For

search engines that grade a keyword match by keyword proximity, the connected phrase

.home loans. will outrank a citation that mentions .home mortgage loans. assuming that you

are searching only for the phrase "home loans".Keyword Prominence:

A measure of how early or high up on a page the keywords are found. Having keywords in

the first heading and in the first paragraph (first 20 words or so) on a page are

best.Keyword Placement:

WHERE your keywords are placed on a page is very important. For example, in most

engines, placing the keywords in the Title of the page or in the Heading tags will give it

more relevancy. On some engines, placing keywords in the link text, the part that is

underlined on the screen in a browser, can add more relevancy to those words.Best Places

to Put Keywords:

Here is a list of places where you should try to use your main keywords.
Keywords in the <title> tag(s).
Keywords in the <meta name="description">
Keywords in the <meta name="keyword">
Keywords in <h1> or other headline tags.
Keywords in the body copy.
Keywords in alt tags.
Keywords in <!-- insert comments here> comments tags

Finding Keywords:

There are many different ways to find keywords for your website. Some good keyword ideas

are:
Words people would search for to find your product or service.
Problems your prospective customers may be trying to solve with your product or service.
Keyword tags on competitors websites.
Visible page copy on competitors websites.
Related search suggestions on top search engines.
By using an online tools
By analyzing your website carefully and finding out proper keywords. This task can be done

by expert SEO Copywriters.
Pay attention to stemming for your keywords - Particularly to what the root word is and what

Google considers to be a match for that word when optimizing pages over time.
You can do brainstorming to identify correct keywords for your site.

Paid back links are hated by Google because it should be obtained naturally, but not paid. If you are buying or selling back links, you are giving chance to Google for negative results. Don't overdo it. That goes for every aspect of your page and SEO campaigns. If your site is too busy with flashing images, people will leave. If you use your keywords too many times it will look like you're stuffing, and the search engines will penalize you.. Try to keep a good overlook on things, maintain a good balance and enjoy the process.

When it comes to Google, you have to play by the rules. They won’t have you gaming their system for undeserved traffic.

Google won’t stand for the black-hat strategies search engine marketers used in the past to scam the system. The search-engine titan sees itself as a way to disperse quality information to consumers over the internet.

People who abuse the system for their own purposes — well, it isn’t an option anymore. Strategies like blog networks, paid links, and comment spam just won’t work.

Examine the difference between the quality versus quantity of links.

Any links intended to manipulate a site’s ranking in Google search results may be considered part of a link scheme and a violation of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.”

That’s right: Google doesn’t mess around.

Take the back linking services on Fiver. When you see an offer as low as five dollars for 25,000 top SEO links with guaranteed results, run away.

Do NOT use those services. Google will ban your site faster than you can say, “I didn’t know I couldn’t do this.”

if you want to get serious about keeping a quality backlink profile, you’ll want to run with the full SEO tool I noted above. The full tool will give you automatic updates when anything changes in your backlink profile.

With the full tool, you’ll be sure to get plenty of advance notice in case of a bad backlink, spam links or even an impending penalty that could obliterate all your hard SEO work.

Either way, once you’ve logged into the Monitor Backlinks tool, you can use the backlinks data you see there to follow along with the rest of this blog post. I’ll help you identify all of the potentially bad backlinks pointing at your site!

If you’re pointing a few backlinks to some of your friends, there’s no reason to worry. But, doing this on hundreds of websites will raise a red flag to Google that you’re doing something suspicious.Google recommends including rel= “nofollow” to widgets. Very important websites, such as GoDaddy, have been penalized for utilizing widgets as a link building method.

If you have a plugin or a badge, and you want people to be able to embed it on their website, give them the possibility to choose to link or not to.

When a webpage links to any of your articles or your website’s homepage, it passes “link juice”.

2. No-Follow Link:

When a website links to another website, but the link has a no-follow tag, that link does not pass link juice.

3. Do-follow Link:

By default, all the links that you add into a blog post are do-follow links and these pass link juice.
