Is this a good plan? I've seen a lot of people that were doing it and they were earning a lot of money. The German clothes have a high quality and if you know where to buy them from, they're also cheaper. Has anyone tried this deal yet?

Yes, the second-hand business is booming, especially in Romania. But how will you import them? Do you plan to go by car and buy them in bulk from suppliers in Germany yourself? If yes, keep in mind that there are places where you can buy clothes already imported, no need to make the long road. There are even places where you go and buy the clothes directly from the truck that just brought them in the country. Sure, they are not as cheap but it's quicker and cheaper than going yourself to buy them from another country. Once you have a store front (online or offline) and some profit rolling in you can go and buy the clothes yourself.

Not very familiar with import export. But wouldn't it be the other way around? By that I mean shouldn't you be buying in Romania and selling in Germany?

I know a guy based in Romania who dropships t-shirts and clothing worldwide. With your own custom print for around $8. Surely they cost more than this in Germany.

Yes. You can try this type of re-selling. As long as you do not violate laws and rules from countries that impose certain customs and tariff duties.

I am not familiar with the Germany business but if it is something that you can delve in and make some good amount of money then go for it. Just make sure that the price being cheap does not compromise the quality.

You should definitely contact Piterion in Germany. They are one of the best consultants offering excellent IT and PLM services. They will help you understand if this will be a good deal in terms of profitable sales and if it will benefit you in the long run.
