My work schedule varies, sometimes I work in the morning, sometimes at night, but my days are pretty full. Sometimes, when the kids are at school I sneak off to the library or Starbucks to work. However, right now I have a toddler, and she won't be in school until this fall, so it is tough. I am curious about other people who are in similar situations. I have housework, kids to take and pick up from school, errands, etc. and I wondered how people worked their at home businesses into their busy days.

My daily routine is terribly boring. I go to work form 9am to 5pm. When i get home i go straight to my computer. Work on my favorite GPT sites for a few hours. Then i go to Mturk. It's hard to keep up with all of my internet jobs, especially when i work on a real job all day. It becomes very tedious after a while, but i need the money to supplement my income.

My daily routine is pretty good compared to some people. I wake up in the morning, write in my notebook or review my notebook about future plans, have a healthy nutritional breakfast, go to work, and in between work I make a few bucks online through some money making sites, I eat healthy meals within the day as well, and I close the shop. Afterwards, I work more on money making sites, I eat a healthy dinner, and I go home for bed.

You could say that my daily routine is pretty normal, and you could tell that I'm living a healthier lifestyle even during my job. I'm loving my life, and becoming more stress free as compared to before.

I work as a freelance writer and coder. So I wake up in the morning check my email to see if any client wants to talk about the ongoing project or a new project. After that I embark on working on the projects and deliver them before their deadlines. In short I spend most of my time in front of a computer.

During the evening I have classes and I also try to make money at home after classes. The next day, I feel exhausted thus I sleep late and wake up late. I used to study in the morning specially when Quizzes and Exams are near.

My daily routine involves some online business work early in the morning, from about 4am until 7am. At 7am, that's when I start to do my chores and then I go to my fulltime day job until 6pm. I arrive home at 6:30, prepare dinner, and then soon after that, I go back and check updates on my online business. It really does take a lot of discipline in order to be able to stick to this kind of schedule. I also give myself some cheat days where I can just sleep until 7am or sleep early after dinner. You need a break from the hectic schedule from time to time so that you don't get burnt out.

I hit the ground running by handling the initial wave of issues (contacts, preliminary jobs, etc.) remotely from my home. Then its get ready time, followed by work in the actual office from about 8/9-5ish. Then normally the gym, and home, where I handle smaller issues remotely if need be. The company I work for has created a partnership with another firm, so some days I work in the evening hours on those projects too. Its rare I take Saturday off, but Sunday is the one day I put work aside and spend time with my family (my wife and 6 month old daughter) and get ready for another round. :)

I can definitely relate to this. As i stated above. The extra money is great, but after a while it becomes extremely tedious, and tiresome. I am absolutely exhausted at the end of the day. Sometimes i just want to quit, but of course you have t pay to live. So i need my income.

I work in the morning, sometimes skipping lunch, and continue to work until dinner time. I have started to see that it is not a healthy lifestyle, because you grow weaker due to the lack of nutrients, and I can't really concentrate or perform well when I was am feeling weak or empty in the stomach. But the nature of my job need me to be in front of the monitor for the whole duration, so it's hard for me to adjust a better schedule or plan for a better time to actually get something to eat. It's really depressing, as I have study about health issues before and I know what a healthy lifestyle should be like. But life needs money, and to get money for life I have to sacrifice my health for it......It's like a crazy loop I am in.

Hi cpefley :)

I'm also a work-at-home mom with no househelp and just like you my schedule varies. During school days I usually work after "delivering" my 2 kids to school. I dropped them off at 7am then take my morning walks for 30 minutes take a quick shower then proceed to work.

I work until 11am then cook lunch for my eldest son who's at the house during lunch time. Go back to work at 1pm or 2pm depends if I have to do other housework. At 4am I fetch my 2 kids at school, we'll be home by 6pm, cook and do some housework again. Then If I really have a lot of work, I go back online at 9pm and will keep on working until 12midnight or even longer if I have a deadline to beat. ;) Whew, I never thought that I'll get tired by just sharing my schedule.

Anyway, I still work on Saturdays and as much as possible - no work on Sundays (to keep my sanity ).

I have just started a full time job this week! So my schedule will be very full. Although my children are grown, I do not have to worry about taking them to school, after school activities, sports, etc. On the flip side of this, though, is that my husband is disabled. He will be having surgery at the end of this month. So my home business projects will still be a goal for me as I would prefer to stay at home with my husband, if at all possible.

I tend to get up around sunrise and go for a decent walk to wake up. After breakfast I sit down and first start with the tasks that I couldn't finish the night before. I work until midday and then don't start again until about three in the afternoon. I just like to use those few hours during the day to go shopping or swimming, or sometimes I just need to catch up with some extra sleep. When I get back to work, I usually don't finish until late. Thankfully, my partner prepares dinner for me. :-) I occasionally work until nine or ten at night. But I like that way, as this kind of routine allows me to go on holiday for a week every second month.

Luckily for me I don't have many responsibilities (children, school etc.) so I'm able to dedicate more time to building my business.

I make a list of all the important things that need doing and I dedicate the weekend to these tasks. And when I say 'I dedicate the weekend' I mean it! Up at 4/5 a.m. on Saturday and work until Sunday night, I don't even sleep Saturday night. It may seem a bit extreme but I find that it allows me to relax for the rest of the week and it's great seeing all the work done!

During the week I'll do smaller tasks which don't require much concentration and give myself a lighter workload.

I work in online retail so I have to keep my routine fairly regular to keep up with the schedule of not only my customers but the delivery and payment companies as well. I usually check orders early and spend the morning fulfilling all of them until noon when it's the cut off time for the shipping company to be able to ship the same day or overnight. After that, I use the remainder of the day updating my product listings and making minor adjustments to my ledger. At night, I do all my other responsibilities and hobbies in a more leisurely fashion as these are the responsibilities that I only do for fun for the most part.

It's nice knowing that there are people in this world that are still hardworking. You wake up at 4am. That's awesome and you're starting your day very productively. I actually have almost the same routine, but yours starts an hour earlier than mine, and people call me the early riser! I set discipline to myself as well, so lucky for us, we prove that there's still motivation in this world.

Anyways, keep up the good work!

Coffee comes first, always.
I usually read up on topics and news related to my field and find out what competitors are up to. It's a good source of motivation before getting started. That's followed by hours of research and often work in Excel. I take time to share findings to my followers on Twitter. If I've got a writing project underway, I'll finish by doing some writing. Some days are more productive than others.

Like M.K above I start with a coffee too, and cigarettes unfortunately. During this time I schedule my day and build a task list in my agenda. At this point the real work starts. Since my business is creating content for my blogs I start taking care of each site one at a time. Writing, editing, answering to my users or modifying templates take most of my working day. When I'm done it's usually night so I take a few hours for myself then go to sleep. Not really interesting I know, but it's a living.

Right now I'm torn between choosing between sticking with blogging and writing a novel I have always thought about writing so right now I'm not that busy.

Anyway, last year when I had to take care of my 3-yr-old niece and at the same time make money I had to wake up early to work but spend most of the day with the kid and try to keep her out of trouble since she was rather rambunctious. At night I'd get back online and work till 11:00 PM or thereabouts.

You say it isn't interesting, but for me it truly is. I'm a writer as well, but only a freelancer. It's nice to see the perspective of a full-time home-based writer. So you really make a living through your blogs?

I only earn a few bucks online, and not even from my blogs. I have other sources of income, but I never really thought of blogging as a way to earn your living. I respect you for being able to have that level of success!

Good luck!

My routine is so scattered but I found what works the best for me is to plan ahead on a whiteboard in my room so its the first thing I see when I wake up. As far as the schedule itself it varies drastically by the day but one thing that I hope helps is if you break down your income generating activities to say 15 - 30 min intervals then you can plan around what you can get done in that 30 mins and it makes stuff more flexible and have a backup plan. For example I will allocate 30 mins for a blog post. I know ahead of time if I only have 30 mins the post will be short of I bought some articles that I can re write in 20 mins to basically give a quick tip. I also might have a freelance writer do one or two posts for me that are a little longer so that way I can just break them up into half posts and post something on 30 mins and I also have a backup which would be a part 2 to the article. Another is take that 30 mins and do some paid marketing. Early when you can squeeze in time in the day you find a good ezine or marketer that you might want to place an ad with and when your running errands jot down something in your phone that would make a good add and when by the time you get back you have an ad and a list to buy form so in the second 15-30 break you have for work you send it. Thats not exact but I think you get the gist. That way you are always productive even in a hectic daily life. If you have any more questions drop me a line.

Its a lifesaver let me tell you but if you don't have big hunks of time you can really benefit from setting work blocks and what you want to accomplish in that block and you will be amazed at how much more productive you can be.

Every time I try to set a schedule, it never works out. I just don't try anymore. I work when it's convenient or when there's a lot available for me to do. It seems to be working out just fine.

My working day varies. I have two children at school and two smaller ones at home with me. Like you I also have the housework to do. I try to write a bit when the youngest two have a nap. I do most of my work once the children are all in bed. This is partly because I can concentrate then and do not have the children's needs to see it. It is also because I live in the UK and freelance for a lot of American sites and clients so my nights fit in with other people's working days in the US and makes communication easier.

I get up early - really early! I take the quiet time to get centered on what I need to do that day and then go for my first walk of the day. I head into my office between 7:30 and 9:00 am. I work throughout the day, eat, and take another walk with my dog. Depending on what needs to absolutely done then my afternoon hours vary. Sometimes I will break off early and take a break for a few hours and do some work in the early evening hours.

My daily routine looks a bit like this:

- Wake up, do the usual things.
- Get my tea.
- Check work and personal emails.
- Talk to my wife.
- Do client updates if there are any.
- Do other work.
- Do something I like.
- Go to bed.

I wake up at 7 am. Make coffee for my husband and I. We talk for about 30 minutes and then we make breakfast together. Usually cereal or oatmeal with fruit and banana. I then check emails and go online for about 20 minutes. I then take a bath and get ready for work. If I have time we turn on the tv for about 30 minutes and watch that. Then I leave at 9:40 am to take the bus to work. I get to work at 10 am. I work for about 2 hrs, then go for a 15 minute walk and usually go to the local park to eat my lunch. Go back to work and I have a tea and snack break at 3pm. I leave work at 5pm. I take the bus home, 45 minutes in all. When I get home my husband has dinner started and we I will make a salad and then we eat. We tell jokes and laugh at dinner. Usually we would do a crossword puzzle together after dinner. We may go out for a walk or shop and then to bed at 11 pm.... I usually do this during the week when I work. Pretty boring I guess but it's a nice routine. Week-ends are more fun where we sleep in until 9 am and then usually go out for lunch or dinner, to a movie, the casino or to a local park of some kind. Babysit the grand kids sometimes on week-ends. Do laundry and chores on Sunday.

My daily routine is not very exciting. I start by checking my emails to see if I have any freelance gigs. Then I do a little VA work, article writing and then I work on my own business. It can be hectic going from task to task but I find that writing my schedule in my google calendar really helps with that. It keeps me organized and it makes my day run smoothly.

My daily routine at the end of the day is so tiring. I do the same thing everyday.. get the kids off to school get myself ready for work drive that 45 min everyday. Work all day , back on the road , enjoy time with the kids to see how their day went, bath, dinner, read book or movie, and to bed. Only to get up in the morning to repeat the same task.

I am usually up early, I enjoy the early morning quiet and calm. My schedule is set up the day before so I don't have to think about work until I head to my over the garage office. From there I have any number of scenarios, my work doesn't involve just one facet, its multi-dimentional which helps me to stay interested and not get bored.

My routine is pretty strict but it keeps me focused. I wake up at 8 A.M. I make my bed and immediately go on an hour walk and take some time to reflect on what I am grateful for and what I want out of my day. When I get back, I meditate on what I want for about 20 minutes to keep me focused and really loosen me up before work starts. I fix breakfast and read or listen to an audio book while I'm eating. I go through some basic learning on my trade just to keep it fresh in my mind, then I set out to learn something new and implement it when I begin. I do keyword research and write my articles, promote them and post an ad. I then go through all the blogs and forums related to what I'm interested in to learn and try to share what I've learned. I always end my work process asking myself if I feel fulfilled for the day. I want to make sure I feel like I've accomplished what I set out to accomplish every day.

Over the past 5 years, I have been developing my "ideal" morning routine. Due to some back issues, I start with a series of stretches to help strengthen my core and warm up my muscles. I do this in my PJs before getting dressed. Focusing on the stretching helps clear my mind, as it actually doesn't allow me to dwell on other things.

About 2 1/2 years ago, I added a 2 minute meditation which I have since worked up to 5 minutes. This part of my morning ritual helps me feel more awake, grounded, and ready for a productive day.

There is a great TED talk: The happy secret to better work - that discusses the importance of a good attitude and it's connection to success. There are daily routines that can help increase your positivity that include: gratitude, journaling, exercise, meditation, and random acts of kindness. The fantastic conclusion he makes is that a positive brain is 30% more productive than one at negative or neutral.

In addition to creating a more 'positive' brain, these other suggested rituals offer a perspective that enables us to better prioritize and feel grateful for all that we have.

At night, or before you finish work for the day, I suggest the following:

Spend the last 10 minutes of your day planning for tomorrow. Review your task list, prioritize what needs to get done, and schedule the time in your calendar to complete your most important tasks. I also schedule in time for things that are important to me but not work related (exercise, going to the supermarket, calling my siblings, etc.)

Actually make an appointment with yourself to make sure you have the time to get things done. Be sure to keep in mind the parts of the day where your concentration is best and there are likely to be fewer interruptions. For many people this is first thing in the morning, shortly after they arrive at the office.

Being mindful to schedule your hardest tasks for your window of peak performance will enable you to get more quality work done in less time. performing this ritual each night helps you to have clarity about your priorities and you will certainly sleep better.

Sometimes, having planned your day the night before, you can arrive at work only to find that everything has changed. You must allow yourself the flexibility to adjust and accommodate tasks and projects that might be more urgent and more important than what you had originally planned.

Morning routine... i guess read the news with my coffee, write some articles, post on social media, nap, send some emails, then call it a day!

ArborSummit
05-30-2018, 06:16 PM
Generally, rolling out of bed by 8:00A.
1 hour of meditation. A walk with the dog. Come in, make the coffee and a meal.
Music or a podcast is usually on by the time I sit to eat and sip my coffee.

Every Sunday, I write in a Moleskine calendar all my to-do's for the week. Not necessarily because this is better than any phone app calendar, I just find the act of writing really helps my memory. Kind of like a Work Breakdown Structure I compartmentalize all the tasks and spread them over my schedule so I know essentially what to expect day-to-day throughout the week.

Sometimes I will begin my workday with checking emails and getting up to speed with any overnight developments. I work in some Sales and I get client emails constantly. When I'm ready I will start with easy tasks. Getting those out of the way by lunch makes me very focused for the bigger projects.

I'm usually resting and eating dinner by 6-7P. Read, maybe explore reddit. I'll shower and meditate 1 hour before I lay down for sleep.

Take care!

Cup with Handle and buy trading signals
Cup with Handle and generate buy trading signals
Cup with Handle is Looks like a cup profile with the handle on the right
brief review of the guidelines I found important.
Rise before cup is at least 30%. As I was selecting cup-with-handle patterns, it became apparent that
locating cups during an uptrend was important.
So I used O’Neil’s minimum rise to the left cup lip of 30%. To measure this, I applied the same method as
for finding the trend start and reviewed those that fell short of 30%. If the trend start using
the mechanical method was shy (usually by just a few percentage points) of the
required 30% but the price trend appeared longer on examination, I accepted
the pattern. Just 15 of 471 patterns (3%) were in this category.
U-shaped cup, handle duration. I removed all V-shaped cups and kept
the U-shaped ones. I am not sure about the performance effect of this. Also
removed were those cups with handles shorter than 7 days (5 trading days). A
cup without a handle is a rounding bottom. I considered the handle length as
the distance from the right cup lip to the breakout.
Cup duration. I used a strict interpretation of O’Neil’s cup duration.
Removed were short cups (fewer than 7 weeks) and overly long ones (over
65 weeks).
Handles form in upper half of cup. I used a more lax interpretation of
where the handle forms on the cup. In other words, I visually inspected the
cups to be sure prices in the handle drifted no lower than halfway down the
cup. I removed those drifting lower (include all with downward breakouts).
When measuring distance, use an arithmetic chart
Cup lips near same price. Finally, I selected cups with lips (tops) at
approximately the same price level. Cups with uneven lips are better classified
as scallops.
determine take profit of forex trading signals
Measure rule Compute the formation height by subtracting the lowest low
reached in the cup from the high at the right cup lip. Add the
difference to the high at the right cup lip and the result is the
target price to which prices will climb, at a minimum. Only 50% of
the formations rise that far in a bull market; 27% hit the target in a
bear market. Use half the cup height to get a more realistic price
target (met 76% of the time in a bull market; 55% in a bear market).

I always start out with spending time with family. We take time in getting ourselves ready for the day and spending time eating with one another. One of the invaluable joys of being a home based business operator is the flexibility in schedule, but this does not mean that I'm not disciplined with my daily schedule. More than anything, after being a self employed home business for over 10 years, I've learned and taken to heart that every second of time counts, and being productive during my working hours is imperative. I've moved beyond just getting things done to now accomplishing pre-set goals (i.e. what's moving the needle from a cash inflow standpoint) such as client engagement, work progress check points, bringing finality to other projects, and inquiring about timing and receipt of compensation.

Therefore, I was looking for additional opportunities to make money. As I like extreme too I was looking for betting or gambling recently XD Well, it turned out that if you play responsible it may bring you cash. Just do your research first. I used some reviews from online gambling Canada (https://www.secureonlinecasino.ca/) website and thing are ok so far)

Stephannos, I understand your point, but what if someone can spend his (her) routine by working hard or doing some kind of house renovation? Like I'm doing two last weeks with my kitchen and living room. It's really hard work, especially choosing lighting fixtures and figuring out how they should work altogether (btw this article helped a lot: https://cozyhousetoday.com/t5-vs-t8-vs-t12-bulbs/), but this hard work in the house really became kinda a routine because it seems like morning just started and ... in a moment - say hello to evening ^_^

daily routine kills people!

The daily routine disciplines. Planning a day allows you to have time to do many things at work and leave time for yourself and your personal space. I wake up at 6 in the morning. Then I have a run and I'm going to the office. after work twice a week I swim in the pool. Sport helps to keep my thoughts in order and keeps my figure in a beautiful shape. In order to control the time during sports, I use the waterproof Fitbit Ionic Watch. With a watch, I clearly know the time for sports. Now there is a large selection of smart watches on FindTheDecision (https://findthedecision.com/waterproof-smartwatch/) . You can choose different functions that are convenient for you. However, right now I have a toddler, and she won't be in school until this fall, so it is tough. I am curious about other people who are in similar situations. At lunch, I go to the post office and send parcels, pick up the children from school, and then return home and continue to work. Somewhere in the 6 pm, I finish and then either I have a rest, or sometimes I cook something, or I spend time with a family.

It's good to set time aside for yourself. Seems like it would be such a burden to spend time on things that are not necessary, but it ends up being very beneficial overall since you will probably be happier and more productive because you are less stressed overall. Except my work, I do really like to play video games. At this https://romsemulation.com/roms/gamecube/metroid-prime-2-echoes-europe site I read different reviews and if I liked the description - download the game and then play it.

Its the same routine all day:
1) wake up at the same time
2) have breakfast with family
3) aid my old age grandparents
4) go to work
5) get back from work and spend time with family
6) give my grandparents their medication and care for them
7) head back to sleep and same process all over again

Wake up - work - fall asleep - repeat hah

Luckily, I picked the job I love more than anything so it doesn't feel like working most of the times!!!

All my life I've been struggling to follow a regime, you know, eat and sleep at the proper time... but still can't.
Anyone knows how to approach that??

Since I'm an understudy, my every day schedule centers around examining and classes. I for the most part get up at 6:00 am and do my every day schedules like brushing my teeth, scrubbing down and preparing for class. After which I check my notes and amend for the afternoon. I take off from my home somewhat early, to not get toward the beginning of the day traffic.

Since I'm a student, my daily routine focuses on studying and classes. I usually wake up at 6:00 am and do my daily routines like brushing my teeth, taking a shower and getting ready for class. After which I check my notes and revise for the day. I leave my house a bit early, so as to not get in the morning traffic.

My routine is pretty crazy since I wake up early in the morning like around 8 am then do some yoga for 30 min. I get ready for work an reach around 9:30. I get done from work around 7:30 or 8 depending on work. I come home and work on some freelance work for about 2 hrs. I have my dinner then watch some Netflix. Max by 12 I head to sleep. Then the same routine till Friday. Weekend is just me time. :p

I always have very busy days and when I want to relax I always turn on the music or turn on Voices Sound Effect (https://depositphotos.com/sound-effects/voices.html) I like to listen to different sounds, especially if these sounds are associated with some kind of natural conditions

I really like to check different interesting online games. This time I decided to use https://wewatch.gg/dota2/players which is a perfect solution for me. I really like to check interesting team solutions, information about teams and ways to get to know more about ways of betting.

Sorry if I have revived the thread. My daily routine starts in the early morning. I get up and do some exercise after that I am eating my healthy gluten-free breakfast. After the breakfast, I take my supplement pills and rush to clean my teeth, and at the same time I apply my easy to use (https://aenoacne.com/products/skin-pills-for-cystic-acne) cream and then I am attending the zoom meeting and I am working until 6 pm. When I finish my work I go to spend some of my time with my friends. When I come back from the city I am reading my book and later on, I am going to sleep.
