Hello all,

Here is a question that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere online. Simply asked, Is it permissible to provide a health insurance premium cost benefit for favored employees? For example, if I have 12 employees, but highly regard 2 of them above the others, can I offer to pay all or part of their monthly health insurance premium cost and not offer the same benefit for the other 10 employees? I'm talking about a typical, employer-sponsored health plan. I am in the state of Missouri.

The reason I ask, is because, #1 - I would like to be able to do this, if it is legal. #2 - I know for a fact that other employers in the same exact field as mine are doing so (I was recently one of those "favored employees" at a different company). #3 - If it is not legal, then why does it seem everyone is doing it anyway? I guess a better question would be, HOW are they doing it (because I know they are).

I just want and expect to be on the same playing field as the competition. I employee 12-15 people at a time currently, and my small specialty-trade construction business is growing. I have not been able to offer health insurance as a benefit until now, and I'm trying to figure out how to "take care" of certain more valuable employees (other than simply a higher hourly rate).

Thanks!

It may be possible. You should contact your broker and/or your contact with your insurance company. While I don't know of any Federal law there may be a state law the would classify this as discrimination.

It might have some benefits, but does it include additional medical services like dental or urinal problems? I mean, will it compensate things like pharmaciegenerique.fr (https://pharmaciegenerique.fr/acheter-kamagra-en-ligne/) or despite it's being premium, it's still not included? It does make difference for me, as my age is the age you really into choosing medical insurance, not just getting the cheapest you can and still doing well.

Such a procedure is quite possible. The only way I see it to realize is your arrangement with a private clinic and its management. In this case, you can regulate the payment of benefits to your superior employees without explaining to others. The only thing you have to do is get legal insurance with this clinic. For example, if your employee has a hormonal failure, then he, too, must be registered in the individual insurance. For example, with the Kingsbergmedical clinic at 2800 West State Road 84, Suite 118 (https://www.kingsbergmedical.com/). And so the rest. I see it this way.

A premium is the amount of money charged by your insurance company for the plan you've chosen. It is usually paid on a monthly basis but can be billed a number of ways. You must pay your premium to keep your coverage active, regardless of whether you use it or not.

Many health insurance plans will cover alcohol and drug rehab treatment. With the passage of the Affordable Care Act, more Americans now have access to these forms of addiction treatment. Plans can vary in terms of what type of coverage they provide or how long they will cover treatment. You can read more about it here - https://addictionresource.com/insurance-coverage/. It is very important to know about it is almost impossible to pay for it by yourself without insurance coverage.

That's good news but to be honest, I have never heard about such insurance. I used cbd oils to fix my insomnia and I bought it on Blessed CBD (https://blessedcbd.co.uk) website. In my opinion, this is a good product because my sleep got normal after a week of cbd usage. Moreover, I feel much better when I use it. I think my level of stress is reduced

I don't know what kind of genius came up with this idea, but in medical courses, instead of practical classes, you often have to do some nonsense, which of course I don't like very much.

Many people face this difficulty and do not know exactly how to write certain texts now. I myself have suffered from this more than once and I have never liked it. But I found people who do it very confidently and professionally on writemyessays.me site (https://writemyessays.me/). On this site, there are guys who understand exactly how to write something, and I was very lucky to deal with them. I advise you to contact them.

To recover faster while being in rehab you should visit a doctor regularly and take some meds that he will prescribe you and buy some supplements on eating that will help you too, You can choose any supplement , but i for example use fullerene c60 , its very useful for our skin and body. Health and oral health are greatly corelated with each other , scaling and polishing (https://www.dentalaesthetics.pk/service/teeth-scaling-treatment/) looking after your dental health should be a priority so pay your dentist a visit and get your oral health tuned up. Health insurance also provides some amount of benefits , will partially agree to what the post has explained.

The essence of the insurance contract is that upon occurrence of an insured event provided for in the insurance policy (certificate, certificate), certain expenses for treatment are paid by the insurance company - within the limits of the established amount of insurance compensation.

To be healthy I recommend to use supplements and vitamins that you can find here https://anabolicmenu.ws/ . Most good American supplements come from the same handful of whey manufacturers. Most are in WI. There are a couple on the east coast and a couple in the west. The filter and spray dry process are nearly the same.
