I'll just cut to the chase....
Anyone have a home-based business for the purpose of Tax Avoidance?

Ya I know... I've heard it before. That's not legal, it's not worth the effort, you'll get an IRS audit, and so on. But the truth is, it is legal if you follow all the rules the IRS expects to be followed and if your "real" intent and paper work shows you are making vialble efforts to make a profit.

Just wondering..

I've been recently recommended reading this aaappp (https://www.aaappp.org.uk/) blog. They say one can find interesting and useful information about the taxation system and other legislative issues. I think this gonna help.

The greatest contrast between the two is that charge evasion is totally lawful. In assessment shirking, you're utilizing your tax breaks to bring down expenses for your independent company. In tax avoidance, you're intentionally lessening your duty risk by lying or discarding numbers when you document your assessments.
