Lately I have come to realize that an area that a lot of marketers seem to be struggling with is the customer service side of their company and to me the most important part of any business is how effective and timely their customer service is. I have seen poor customer service actually destroy many companies. Most online marketers do their own customer service but either do a poor job or simply do not have the time.

Now I was wondering would a customer service service be a good business to get into or is that market already crowded with a ton of people who are already doing it full time?

There are a lot of companies which have outsourced their customer service already, especially when they are operating worldwide. But I do agree, that there are a lot of companies with insufficient customer service.
