Getting more business

I too am looking for ways to make my business better and I ran across a news article
>> prweb.com/releases/2005/2/prweb209268.htm
>>
>> From what it says, a Toll Free Number is liable to increase my marking response
>> on average 600% if I use an 800 Number. This makes sense to me because
>> obviously people will call an 800 toll free number before they’d call a long-
>> distance number especially for me since all my marketing is on the Internet.
>>
>> I took the advise of the article and signed up last month and
>> I do see a significant increase in business, about double actually.
>>
>> Is this standard across industries? Does anybody know?
>> If so, I wouldn’t mind recommending tollfreenumber.org to everybody
>> as a VERY inexpensive way to double business.

I don’t know about you, but I think it would be good if my computer went down on me.

Pay-per-call seems to be gaining momentum, as I'm seeing more info about it on the web and in tech magazines. The company I work for just introduced a pay-per-call system called TM Calltracker. It allows the user to track info (name, address, phone #, which is automatically collected) about each caller on a web based console.

I think people are reluctant to send personal information or payment online, but if they talk to a real person through an 800 number conversion increases. Plus pay-per-call is easier to track than pay-per-click.

ureach.com offers toll free 800 numbers. I recommend them.
