Before you want to start your business please study you business market and try to understand your client and market people requirements. Try to understand how much people want to spend on that product you offering or going to offer. After all of that start your business and try to offer new excited plans and offer that help you to attract your clients.

The best advice I can offer here is to talk directly with your potential clients. Find out what questions they have, their pain points, let the solution come to you through them. You'll only get that by connecting with them!

Targeting a specific market does not mean that you are excluding people who do not fit your criteria. Rather, target marketing allows you to focus your marketing dollars and brand message on a specific market that is more likely to buy from you than other markets. This is a much more affordable, efficient, and effective way to reach potential clients and generate business.

A particular audience can be targeted in numerous ways depending on what they are advertising. ... People who are easily persuaded are normally the target audience, they are mostly targeted through social media, TV, magazines, and newspapers.

All you need is to do market analysis. Knowing what your customer-base likes and dislikes to hear can ensure the best communication takes place.
