I recently started job posting site aimed at attracting small businesses and Nonprofits. I'm looking to find out from the forum what are some options or selling points that small businesses look for when posting to a job board site?

How to hire your first employee
-Consider whether you can outsource tasks to consultants or free-lancers before hiring someone on staff.

-Referrals from friends, advisers and industry colleagues are often the most efficient way to find new employees.

-Look for candidates used to smaller organizations and don't focus on those with big-business credentials

hope that helps ^^

The posting site has been pretty good so far. Indeed, that is something we all have been anticipating intently. - Doug Battista (https://douglasbattista.com/)

Business disappointment alludes to an organization stopping tasks following its powerlessness to make a benefit or to get enough income to cover its costs. A gainful business can fall flat on the off chance that it doesn't create sufficient income to meet costs.

Dude, I would recommend that you work exclusively with linkedin because you can find both many vacancies and business partners there. In my case, I was able to find two partners in order to develop my business. At first I couldn't find anyone and my profile was also very unpopular, but the guys at linkedjetpack.com (https://www.linkedjetpack.com/) helped me and made my account very rated and could be easily found in search results. Thus, I very quickly found a partner and it helped me a lot in business. I am so grateful for this service.

Security continues to remain a worrying issue for device manufacturers and more so for mobile app developers. A Gartner report from 2015 predicts that 75% mobile applications will fail security tests and present gaping holes for hackers to exploit. Indeed is the clear leader. Google for Jobs is rapidly increasing its market share but is still a distant second to Indeed.
