HI,

We are importing electronic items and thereafter it is distributed through out the country.

For after-sales service we get some spares from the supplier at subsidized rates. These spares are essentially entirely brand new pieces for replacement with exact same packaging as the sale-able products.

If the Spares are imported at subsidized rates will there be any queries from Customs as generally these same products are imported at full rates in earlier invoices.

If any specific labeling is required on the packaging, then this can be done by our supplier.

Additionally is there any provision for special benefits to importers for such imports?

Hi,

I saw your pictures in Moscow. Have you worked in Russia? Did you like it?

Hi,

Most suppliers throughout the globe will offer some of your products at a lower rate which is not a problem with customs. Customs understand this and over look it at times, the only time it will cause problems if your supplier gives you large orders at a lower rate or they have mis-filled out paper work uncorrectly which you can also get into trouble for. It is also your duty to make sure that the paper work is checked and is correct which you can do this through your freight forwarder.
