Hey guys! What are some really good and effective ways to sell ads to business or people who are either stone hard to sell too or just uncertain.

You should definitely have a script - friendly, informative and brief, make a list of people and companies you want to call according to your niche, don't give up if you don't reach them at once or if they seem not interested at the moment - I would call them again in three months, be positive, helpful, have all information and try to schedule calls if the person you need isn't there. And be relaxed and professional, no matter how uninterested the person you're calling may seem.

I will tell about one more option. There are some special online services with free registration where you can create Ads + sites (if necessary) in a few clicks or simply load what you already have. Then your ads can be displayed on the publishers’ sites on the special page in their account as well as on service's space itself. You can check out, for example, Noonint. I find it rather effective and easy to use.
