Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and business.

I'm in the health field and interested in opening my own business and was wondering how to conduct market research to determine if a particular location would sustain my business.

Are there any online (preferably free) market research tools that would analyze the numerous variables (demographics, health insurance, etc.) that would determine if a location is viable?

Specific sites would be greatly appreciated as well as any other general info.

For specific tools for those kid of metrics, I am not too sure. Another option though is if you don't have luck finding one that provides specifically those is using something like an SEO keyword analysis tool. You can use this to find out the popularity, the worth, and the search frequency of specific keywords. For example, "chiropractic clinic in Seattle for 45+ year olds". Putting that through an SEO tool (like CanIRank, semrush, moz, etc.) can help give you some info on all of those keywords and therefore some information for whether a location is viable or not based on peoples' online behaviour.
