What was the NDA for and why don't they want to work with you?

This thread was started back in 2015. Anyway, as I understand it an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is meant to protect intellectual property or a business idea. The complex regulatory landscape is why I have my own Coral Gables lawyer (https://josephshooklaw.com/) to answer any legal concerns I might have. I recommend befriending a lawyer to bring your mind at ease if you are an entrepreneur.

Some people think that signing NDA is like having mistrust. However, for people who understand this, it is part of the protocol. - Phillip Elden (http://www.phillipeldenblog.com/)
