Just curious about the group. I want to get a feel on who uses a state fund like in Arizona or who is privatly insured. What are your opinions on whatever work comp program are you on?

What do you mean to get a feel on what uses a state fund? It depends on what state you are at. Are you getting a business license or do you have a business? I don't quite get you're saying here about the work com insurance. You mean the insurance for getting unemployment benefit or something?

We should admit that most of the insurance companies always want to get maximum of finances from their clients, and give the minimum profit. But there are still few trustful companies like American Insurance agency ( link: https://www.americaninsurance.com/ ), which can guarantee that they will help you during any crisis or accident.

It all depends on what conditions they provide.

You'll need to obtain workers' compensation coverage only if you have employees. ... Self-employed sole proprietors, partners in partnerships, and limited liability company members aren't required to purchase workers compensation unless and until they have employees who aren't owners.
