Hello.

I am in the process of creating a company. Does anyone know
the best location to create the llc for a small internet company?
I am looking to protect my assets, lower taxes, and keep
the paperwork to a minimum.

I have heard of delaware, nevada, wyoming, and offshore companies?

Also I currently live in florida, but will be moving to washington state or
oregan in 1 year.

Any information would be a great help.

Thanks for the help

Hey Swansongeneral

This is a very good resource for you to use:

http://thecorpsec.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/llc-annual-costs-by-state2.pdf

It gives you a state by state analysis including the pros and cons. Washington is 69$ a year, which isn't bad. In Wyoming you wouldn't have to pay tax on your net annual income. Anyway, I hope this helps you! If I knew more off the top of my head I would try and help, but this is what I use for my own incorporation!

Saludos,

Nick

Thanks Nick, that's a really nice link! I couldn't find a list like that, so thanks. Too bad my company is already registered.

Also, it not a matter of choosing a state and registering, should also live in that state if I'm not mistaken.

While this subject can be very touchy for most people,
Audit and Assurance Services (http://www.cgs.com.pk/)
my opinion is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find.Chartered accountant firms in Faisalabad (http://www.zahidjamilco.com/)
I do appreciate that youve added relevant and intelligent commentary here though. Thank you!

Well if we talk about the LLC business structure, in the buzzing state of California, it is no doubt flourishing, for its flexible nature. It is an entity having two or more members which are managed and organized under the Beverly-Killea Limited Liability Company Act. This act is formulated to help the formation and the organization of the closely knit business structures but also allow LLC structures that are attractive for complex business ventures, like joint ventures, real estates, high technology and venture capitals, and theatrical investments etc,

Delaware is a great state to incorporate in because of its corporation-friendly policies and tax laws. In order to incorporate in Delaware, you have to file a certificate with Delaware's Secretary of State, as well as complete other documents. This can be kind of confusing, but a great resource is SmackDocs.com. They help you create high quality, quick and simple startup documents. Here is a link for their Delaware Formation documents: https://www.smackdocs.com/downloads/formation-documents-for-delaware-corporation/

Well, a simple google search would tell you that the best place for LLC would be Delaware. More than 50% of all companies in the USA are incorporated in Delaware. That answers the question of the place, but the question of how to do it remains. There are people who know nothing about starting a business and those are the people who should visit discovermagazine.com (https://www.discovermagazine.com/sponsored/best-llc-services). You can find a lot of good info on who can you contact to help you start your business. The best one in their opinion is ZenBrush, but you can read detailed reviews on other ones which will help you make a good decision.
