    What role does HR play when it comes to someone's termination of lack there of. Is HR supposed to give the manager the options of what he can do with the employee OR is HR supposed to (for lack of better word) persuade a manager to terminate an employee if they feel it is in the company's best interest.

    As we all are aware that HR is responsible for maintaining the decorum of the company, so he or she have the authority to scold any employee regarding his mischief behavior but do not have the authority to terminate the employee without the main head permission.
