    As Instagram ads are managed the same way as Facebook ads, their audience targeting works in the exact same way. To create and manage your Instagram target audiences, you'll have to use the Facebook Business Manager. Simply go to he Business Manager and by clicking on the top-right menu, select “Audiences.
