The Neurs.com website is still extremely slow, although it does open eventually! I signed up for this a couple of days ago and am starting to get people to sign up. Neurscapital is a venture capital outfit that appears to be part of the same group, and the Neurs info says that it's for budding entrepreneurs who need access to information, contacts and also capital, so this might actually be something quite promising. There is still not a lot of information on what it's really all about, but apparently they will reveal more to those who get a certain number of signups. Time will tell, no doubt!

OK, Here is the short of it. Neurs is trying to create and build a niche for Entrepreneurs (hence neurs, I guess). Think of it as a dating site connecting new and existing entrepreneurs to resources they need to grow their business. Basically a blend of LinkedIn and Facebook, but dedicated to entrepreneurs.

I think it has a decent chance to succeed. The full business plan is not available yet, but as I interpret it, those that are going to be service providers, helpers, or even "angel investors" will now have a much better ability to target their market. They will probably pay some level for this privilege. And the entrepreneur will have an easier time finding what they need to succeed. Hopefully, this would be free for us entrepreneurs. I only hope they include the ability to rate the providers. Reputation management will be key here I think.

They are trying to build a strong word-of-mouth campaign over the next 6 months and they are using a hyrid of multi-level marketing. The hyrid aspect is that no money is involved, yet. They want the word of mouth to grow. If they are as successful as I think they might be, then they will take their marketing budget money and share it to the people that helped build their word of mouth. The intro video is a bit over the top with the "you might make money" angle, but if they are targeting entrepreneurs, I get that. I kind of ignored it.

As for other comments, I don't see this as a pyramid scheme, because success of those rely on 'sales' to people lower. This is working on creating a critical mass through word-of-mouth marketing, and the only thing involved is sharing information about this potential service to your friends through email. And there is a bit of MLM involved, but if you are using Social Media in any way, that will always be the case. Being a Social Media & E-mail Marketing Specialist, I am very intrigued and hope it works. It's a great niche that needs to be filled.

And finally, after a bunch or research, I signed up and wrote this post. I hope it helps.

Join and let's see if this will really work for Entrepreneurs. I would be interested in further comments on this post.

I've been seeing their adds on the PTC sites that i've joined. I'm pretty curious about this too. Let's see how big it's going to get.

This is all the rage right now among the marketing community. It seems like it's going to be a very useful tool but much like LinkedIn it will be quite expensive. Not so much if you're a big business and you are able to get quite a bit of of the site but if you're just a small business starting out they don't offer much as far as leeway.

Neurs seems like a pyramid scheme to me. They say they can't disclose what they are actually about but when you become a member you gradually begin to learn what the whole thing is. It seems that you work at attracting people to sign in because it's free right now but in a few weeks it will cost you from $99 and more per month to remain a member. This means that if you don't stay as a paid member you will lose all those people that signed in under you. This is how this looks right now and if someone else has some sort of proof that this isn't exactly what is going to happen, please share.

OK, thanks for the opportunity techman1945, but I am really skeptical about this. Let me see if I get this straight, I accept your invitation and what exactly do I have to do and how will I get paid for it?

Any of the other members that posted here actually joined Neurs and is making money with it?

The structure of this program is absolutely not a pyramid. This is a Linear program. Being cautious is fine folks. But being ignorant is not.

This program is 100% free to join for the basic affiliate membership. With a basic affiliate account, you can begin referring other people to join as affiliates for free, or they can join at the upgraded levels. You can still see all your levels, but you only qualify to be paid residual income on your direct referred members.

You can choose to upgrade your affiliate membership for a 1 time fee of either $59.00 or $79.00 depending on how many levels you want to be paid on. At $59.00 (Affiliate Pro), you have to earn the number of levels by referring an equal number of people directly. Your referred affiliates do not have to pay anything and they will still qualify you. If you bring in 10 people directly, you will qualify to be paid 10 levels deep. Continue doing this up to 30 direct referred affiliates and you will qualify for 30 levels deep! Or, you can instantly qualify for all 30 levels by paying for the (Affiliate Partner) level $79.00.

This program is exploding folks. I have over 4500 referred affiliates in 12 levels so far and it is growing daily by itself by over 100 per day at this point.

How can you refer others? Neurs makes it extremely easy. You can upload all your contacts from Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and more. Then, with the click of a button, Neurs will send custom invites to all of them instantly. You will be shocked at how many will sign up under you!! I am seeing it every day! You will also get an affiliate coded link, so you can post about Neurs on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Forums, Blogs, Press Releases, Craigslist, you name it! Neurs gives you coded splash pages with compelling videos that explain how amazing this company and opportunity is and how huge they are about to become! Don't believe me? WATCH THIS VIDEO

When the company opens it's doors to the public, there will be a MAD RUSH of people joining, paying a small monthly fee to connect with other members. A HUGE NUMBER of your referred affiliates will become paid members in mid April. This is where the real money will be earned...lifetime residuals which keep growing because of the continued efforts of all of your referred affiliates on all your levels. Bottom Line is it's free to be a basic affiliate and you can upgrade later!!

So, are you actually making money with Neurs, techman1945? It's great that you have over 4500 referred affiliates in 12 levels but it would be awesome if you would actually make some money from those. I mean, what is the point of getting all these people under you if you don't make a dime? Or maybe you are? Please share.

I'm not saying this thing won't work in the long run, but because there isn't too much information given by its creators, it all looks and smells funny. It they would have been more transparent and open about it, then there wouldn't be so many question marks about it.
