    One of the best things that you can do to find new customers and improve your relationships with the current ones is to make giveaways. It doesn't mean that you need to give every customer an iPhone or something. It can be something simple, like a bar of Fairtrade Chocolate. This way they will definitely remember you and your shop/website or whatever you have. It's one of the best strategies in my opinion.
