Why do you need to develop a plan for customer acquisition? Itís better to hire a specialist who will do this and who knows how to do it. Because it's not easy, this is an extensive analysis of everything, especially strategy, content and other factors that influence the increase in audience and customer interest. So there are many agencies that deal with this issue. They offer to find employees for success in your blog, in your startup, or in your business. For example, in Canada, there is one professional international agency https://www.hunt.ca/fr/ that works like HR service providers. They help you to find the best solution for productive and good results. I think it will be easier!

Please note that I don't understand the printing materials market completely my answer may or may not be helpful to you.

There are quite a lot of businesses that uses corrugated boxes and i could only think of these 2 ways to gain new clients. I will update the post with new ideas if i have any

    1. Tie-ups with different electronic manufactures (for packaging) , E-commerce platforms, food & beverage manufactures (fruits, consumer goods etc.,), super markets chains (they use boxes to transport to their stores) and different Logistic partners. These companies use corrugated boxes extensively and could be a potential partner.

    2. As you already provide services throughout India and other countries, you can ask your clients to refer you to possible other people that they know of who might need similar services. You can offer referral discounts and this could help in building partnerships.
