Hello All,

I have recently started new small business as S Corporation. Its a IT Staffing Company . Right now we have home based office, 3 employees working at client base. Can some one help me in providing me the check list with things that i should be taking care of establishing good process which will protect from audits or any other checks . Even though i am running the business but i am bothered with lot of thoughts that i am missing some thing because i did have any one to check whats right and wrong. Basically i am the only one who is taking care of all these things . I need help with Process of office set up , Book keeping /record keeping/Documentation, Accounts , pay roll , taxes.
