Is it going to be a general practitioner clinic which targets the neighbourhood ? Or is it a specialist clinic that will go by patient appointments? In the first case, the advertising medium would preferably to focus on the locals, such as local newspapers, community newsletter, word-of-mouth, etc.

Yeah, I agree with it. But online is good too, there are so many great online pharmacies these days. I like using Canadian pharmacy, for example, it is a really good and helpful thing which works perfectly for me. Do you guys use such things too?

These three things should build you a customer base of decent size, but you do have to keep one thing in mind. The company's currently providing healthcare ARE VERY WEALTHY. They have enough money to undercut your business at any and every turn. Then once you bankrupt, they will likely buy your business for pennies on the dollar if it doesn't just collapse entirely.

The only positive you would have is family and friends who support your cause along with an EXCEPTIONAL customer service and patient-care.
