    Just bring value.
If you bring value to the interaction, people will follow you.

The key to gaining a huge amount of followers is by engaging and doing things that dont scale.

Unless you do something worth being penalised for, social media sites won't penalise you for marketing your business professionally. So long as you don't use clickbait (e.g. a post which lures peoples into clicking on it, even though its content isn't related to the post); explicative, abusive or otherwise offensive language; pornography; or unlicensed content without consent.

In other words, just tell people about your products and services "naturally," as though you were having an actual conversation with your audience. Picture yourself as a normal Facebook user, and just think about what you personally don't like seeing, what you do like seeing and why it is that you feel that way. Use that information to boost the performance of your posts and, while it isn't technically "organic," it may be worth it to spend a couple of bucks on boosting posts that you feel will drive people to your page or, conversely, buy your products and services. Remember though, that people buying via your social media accounts are far more likely to purchase once your follower base has grown to reputable numbers.

I like social media channels that have a bit of comedy about them... when things are too serious, it gets boring and cliche.

On platforms like twitter and Instagram there is a tactic used by many companies to follow accounts in hopes that those who are followed will follow the company back.

This tactic isn't really possible on Facebook. But, you can use those other platforms to attract people to your Facebook page.

If you are using twitter as a company should and tweeting on a normal basis there is no problem promoting your Facebook page every once in a while.

Also, if you are driving people to your website you can have a like button on the sidebar or on a pop up.

Additionally, there is now a way to link the author's Facebook page on the meta description of a link post on Facebook so make sure to set that up, so if you have other pages sharing things from your website, that may get you new likes. You can also guest blog for a larger website and ask them to include your Facebook page when they post it to their page.

While I wouldn't advise it, one tactic, that people will probably hate you for is auto-DMing on twitter (with a link to your Facebook page.) There are many companies that do this and see great results, but most people who I know hate DMs.

As a final note, you should never ever ever boost a post on Facebook. If you are planning on advertising you should exclusively use power editor to create and ad manager to manage your ads. Any other type of ad is a waste of your time and money.

The growth process on Facebook is a long and hard one, but if done right you can see amazing potential from your page.

We’ll never insist enough: using services to buy your followers isn’t a valid way to grow your audience.

All of the platforms are different from each other. of course you can use all of the platforms but I would focus on facebook/instagram the most because there it is easiest to get your post seen by thousands of new people who has never seen your content.
Gaining organic followers can be really complicated but the most important piece of that puzzle is great engaging content which starts conversations in the comments which helps your post to be seen more and more people.

Instagram algorithm can be really complicated but you can always check out my signature where i have put to together little ebook which actually covers these steps and especially shows you how get more reach on instgram

Feel free to ask any questions and I'm more than happy to answer
