I am interested in starting a mobile flower shop. Most of my questions revolve around the proper licensing for a mobile business. Can anyone point me in a direction to begin?

It's very hard to give you direction on something like this, especially when your questions revolve around the proper licensing for a mobile business. The answers are going to be very dependent on which city, county and state you live in.

I will say that in general, the larger cities have ordinances that could govern a business like this specifically, or generally concerning "mobile vendors." Make sure you look at your city's ordinances and rules. At the very least, you will need to obtain a business license. You should also consider incorporating at the state level.
