Good list.But too many backlinks within a small span of time is also bad.Always try to build backlinks very slowly and it is very important from SEO point of view.

google provide both unnatural&natural links but we should get links by natural links and used to avoid others links

Back link from low quality and not related niche sites will bring negative result for site.
So try to keep back link in related and authority site.
