Backlinks from a site with low quality content and PR. Google wants if you are going to have backlinks they should be of good quality not just getting backlinks for the sake of getting ranked better on search engines.

The anchor text which manipulate the guidelines of the Google.
Excessive and reciprocal links from the spam directories and spam social bookmarks websites.
