Fact: SEO is not the only way to promote your store.

That means a crucial part the traffic to your online store might not necessarily come from the channel you are focusing your energy on. Moreover, you might be missing on some other business opportunities.

It can only be fair then to say that introducing other ways to promote your store can only bring additional benefits and business.

Advertising can be one of them.

Advertising is probably one of the most neglected aspects of ecommerce marketing. It seems that there is a good reason for that. Advertising costs money, thatís enough to put many people off. Yet, there is also a lot to gain from using advertising in your overall marketing strategy.

If you have an online store I would suggest you to try Pinterest as they have the most buyers then any other social networks. Ofcourse FB is also good but for selling something Pinterest comes first. Open a business account on business.pinterest.com and start promoting your online store as well as run FB ads with video ads specially those are more profitable and it cost much less then normal ads.

facebook seems to be the most popular bet while following traditional advertising. You can get cheap clicks to your site and target very closely. Another great way is through instagram and finding authority accounts in your niche and having them promote your page and store for pretty cheap rates considering.
