    Try SBA
Why not try your local SBA(Small Busines Associations) they sometimes can help find the proper people to help get grants or direct to someone.

I a in search of a business loan and they were pretty helpful.

    Re: Question on Grants
You need to check sba.gov and also read some of the solicitations in the SBIR section, sba.gov/SBIR .Just email some of the people there, they are all too happy to help, it's their job
    regards,

Fellas I'm sorry to say that you have been scammed. You don't have to pay to get a grant it's free.
That company isn't legit. If its not to late try to get your money back. Apply at real government agencies.
Have you thought about getting a government contract that's just as good as getting a government grant.
    Good luck!
