Hey everyone,

I am new to the site but I have been in the SMB community for some years now. My name is Joshua, but everyone knows me as Jay. I am the former CEO of an Enterprise IT and Consulting firm now based in Arizona and now I am currently a Business Advisor at that same company and a Business Consultant at another. I have over 10+ years of Web Hosting industry experience and another 7+ years of Business Management experience.

I am hoping to bring some great insight to the forums as well as assist other SMB owners with their various endeavors. If there is anything IT you may need assistance with, please don't hesitate to ask!
