    Performance Review Issues...
A majority of my staff are up for performance review and will be asking for an increase in wages. Currently for the most part in my eyes their performance does not warrent an increase but my partner disagrees. He believes if we do not increase their wages we will loose them. when i believe that may not be a bad thing as they have become complacent and under-performing. Additional, all the staff are already setup with a performance program where they make bonuses ontop of their wages if they high group targets which are discucessd with overall time. they do not make these marks..

    Any suggestions?

    Yes, it may happen.

Every employee expects an increment in wages after completion of the project. You need to check the activity of all employee individually and take care of several errors that occur while checking the productivity such as Comparing Error, Attribution Error, and more.

Else you can take help of any monitoring software which will give you the performance of each employee in the form of chart and graphs. You can easily calculate the productivity of employee by this kind of software.

To solve these types of problems, we advise every company to install different times of employees monitoring software. It will help you to see the exact working details of your employees, which you can use later during the increment.
