I''ve set up my one man show training company and would like to know on what should I focus regarding training staff. Should I search for collaborators or should I hire staff to do the trainings? The former seems easier, as I don't have to give them a salary, just a portion of the earnings. Even if I earn less at the beginning, at least I can focus on building a portfolio of clients. The latter seems like a long-term solution, but it would be hard to give them a salary now, as there are no sales in the pipeline.

Advice from someone with experience in this matter is greatly appreciated!
Also, can you post some examples of businesses that rely on either strategies.
