This service is generally used by end users and business. Curation is the best way to support and publish your created content, best content curation sites are pearltree.com, list.ly, bundlr.com, pinterest.

For me pinterest drives traffic, not to mention how visually appealing curated content can be. There is no one sure solution but you just can't rely now adays on diggs, stumble upon etc. Other content curation sites will be

    - BuzzSumo
    - MediumCollections
    - Slideshare
    - Prismatic
    - Topsy

I think it depends a little on the content.

Pinterest can be really good for visual content like infographics or product features. I've still managed some big hits on StumbleUpon, but it often delivers basically zero traffic and I'm not really sure how valuable the traffic is.

I've had success on Reddit, but there needs to be an active subreddit where the content is going to make sense. A lot of B2B stuff I've done hasn't done that well on Reddit while more consume-based stuff has worked well.

The way I figured out a lot of this is by trying like 15 different sites and seeing what content does well where.

I agree with the fact that content curation can go both ways, the good and the bad. It depends on the content you produce and curate though. Some of the best content curation sites, in my opinion, are Pinterest, scoop.it, bagtheweb, delicious, stumbleupon, storify and quora.
