Is it legal for an owner to do this?
I am involved in a MLM/Direct sales company where the owners are affiliates.
I am wondering, if it is legal for a person who owns an MLM company to put themselves at the top as an affiliate so they can benefit from everyone being placed under them?
Maybe its just me but doesn't really sound ethical. Is it legal?
