    Hi James,

    Here are some initiatives you can take:

    1. Paid Ads:
    - Traffic campaign, generic targeting
    - Don't spread budget too thin across ad sets
    - Broad targeting, US wide, big age range, no interest targeting
    - 6 ads (3 carousel, 3 static)
    - Create an interactive story with carousel ads
    - Circle back on data in 1.5 weeks

    2. Influencer Marketing:
    - Compile 200 relevant bloggers in a .csv (name, email, blog URL)
    - Create PPT overviewing business offering + attach in outreach emails (more professional)
    - Template one email overviewing your e-commerce store and how you'd like to partner
    - Send off (replacing blogger name) to everyone on your list
    - "We will give you __, if you review our app and host giveaway for followers"
    - Create appealing giveaway using Gleam (add 10 variations to enter i.e. emails, like FB page, share etc.)
    - Provide influencers with Gleam embed code
    - Influencers that agree, tell them in point form what you'd like them to communicate (i.e. app features, link to install app, and giveaway entry via gleam)

    3. Email Marketing

    - Increase followings and engagement easily with influencers via giveaways
    - Use Hootsuite to post everyday across all channels

    5. Brand Image
    - Maintain brand image across website, social platforms, social posts, eblasts etc. (create standards i.e. font type, font size, colour hex #'s you always use, types of images you design)

    There's tons of stuff you can do - but over time you can start developing awareness for your store. You will eventually survey your email list for validation of concept, new products to include etc. etc.

    I know this might be a little bit too late for my reply. When we were just starting a business, that was our problem - to increase sales. I know that this is the mostly questions by a start up business owners. In our experience, there are a lot of way of how to increase sales, we may die off because of the advertising cost. Marketing is always the first thing mind. To generalize, there are a lot of ways to do it if we do not want to pay extra cost for the marketing. Social media is the most common medium on how to increase in sales, then there is an SEO if you have an e-commerce platform when your website had to be optimized. To those existing businesses, some of them use promotional products. Some participate in the events like the trade shows as they spend money for their trade show giveaways. And that is because they have budget, small or big budget. There's really a lot of work to be done involve once you have an e-commerce business.
