    There are 3 key ways to boost sales:

    1. Increase how much people pay

    2. Increase how many times they purchase

    3. Increase how long customers stay with you
    .


    There are lots of ways to increase sales.

    The fastest and easiest is to sell to a warm list.

    AKA. Reactivation sequence:

    Find people on your list who haven't contacted you or bought in a long time and make them an irresitable offer.

    You can't do this without calculating the Lifetime Value of Your customer.

    (that's the average amount of money someone will spend with you over the lifetime of your customers sales cycle)

    I helped a massge therpay clinic and he was shocked to know his lifetime value per customer was $545.

    So offering a free massage to past clients was a no brainer.

    Another easy way? Increase your prices until 20% of your list leaves. this is scary but you'd be surprised how much more people are willing to pay.

    Another is creating a referral program.

    Another is to optimize your marketing funnel.

    (Cart Abandonment is as high as 90%,)

    For retention, email and social media nurturing will improve this.

    Also doing regular deep dive surveys to know what your customers really want.

    There's a lot more. But this is a good start.

    I few ideas on how you can increase sales:

    * Do a/b testing to improve conversion rate
    * Post products and offers on Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook
    * Come up with some new research related to your industry and send out press releases to get links from online press
    * Setup a mailing list (offer a discount for for signing up) to get repeat custom
