    Reseller may help you but you can promote your product directly to the decision makers.

    You can start promotion through Facebook ads.
    I guess Stack Overflow has the largest community on FB, You should target them.
    With every sign-up, you can offer free trial for 15 days or month.

    For the reseller, you should offer pre-package everything such as ready to use PPT, email swipes, presell Q&A and so and so forth. These way you can attract more reseller to join your program because they don't need to work on marketing & sales materials.
