I have already designed an eCommerce medical site using HTML,css & bootstrap.
But till I have to face confusion about overflow: hidden. Can you share your idea to make it easy to apply in design?

Yes, you are right. If you get concentrated on keyword research and put the relevant keyword on your website, then you can easily optimize.

I think overflow: hidden used to hide the overflow part shown in your web content it will hide horizontal and vertical bar.

You need to have a look at CSS media queries, because in responsive design if you use media queries then you can able to know where to apply overflow and hidder properties. In general overflow is less useful, we can adjust it with word break if it is related to text and we can mention image width in case of images overflow.

overflow: hidden states the overflow is clipped, and the rest of the content will be invisible
