You should try registering on Upwork. Elance was great, but they are now integrating with Odesk into Upwork. That's a huge database of both employers and employees. Just create great bio and do some tests they have there and then start applying. Anyone with basic skills and persistence should do well there.

Monster, quiker, olax, etc also provide job information. You should also consult local consultancies or read local newspapers to keep an eye on job vacancies. You should register yourself with job consultancies around you.
