Dude, I would recommend that you work exclusively with linkedin because you can find both many vacancies and business partners there. In my case, I was able to find two partners in order to develop my business. At first I couldn't find anyone and my profile was also very unpopular, but the guys at linkedjetpack.com helped me and made my account very rated and could be easily found in search results.
