This is your problem in the technical section, you check the robot.txt file is blocking google bots or not. And also the following:

    - Do you change the URL?

****+ Do not change the URL. URLs are unique identifiers for Google. A new URL means a new page, even when the content has not changed.

    - Are key words removed from title, H1, or H2?

    - Is the keyword density for the primary keyword less than in the past?

    - Can Google read the full content on the page?

****+ Examine Google's cache by finding the cache address: www.yourdomain.com/your-page to find out what Google reads.

    - Can Google access your site? Check Google Search Console for server and crawl reports.

    Good luck.

No they won't directly effect your ranking but at the end it is all about user experience so better to remove all those 404 with 301 redirects to relevant pages.

Crawl errors are errors that are related to particular pages. When the search engine or the spider tried to crawl the URL of particular page, the spider was able to resolve your DNS, connect to your server, fetch and read your websites robots.txt file, and then request for URL, but something went wrong after that and spider will not crawl your page.

URL errors are errors that are specific to a particular page. This means that when Googlebot tried to crawl the URL, it was able to resolve your DNS, connect to your server, fetch and read your robots.txt file, and then request this URL, but something went wrong after that.
While 404s will generally not harm you, the soft 404s and crawl errors could negatively affect your crawl which in turn can hurt your visibility in the SERPs. Here are a few things to look for:

    404 pages
Make sure that you update your site so that you are not linking to 404 pages internally. If pages have been updated and the URL has changed for some reason or the content has been moved to another page, make sure that you are redirecting to the new URL instead of returning a 404 for the old page (this will help for people that may have linked to the "old" page as well as improve user experience on your site by not sending users to non-existent pages).

The soft 404's should be checked to see if they should be a 404 or if they need to be redirected. Check the soft 404 pages, do they have the content they are supposed to, and should they be returning a 200 rather than a 404? Are there different URLs for these pages now? should they be 301 redirected to the correct URL?
    -or-
Are they actually non-existent and they need to return a 404? You can check the HTTP response by using Fetch as Google in your webmaster tools.

Additionally, if you are returning 404's do you have a custom 404 page set up? This page should provide the user with additional information about how to find what they were looking for. Offer navigational links and a search option in order to help them do so.

    Hope that helps some.
