This thread was started back in 2015. Anyway, as I understand it an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is meant to protect intellectual property or a business idea. The complex regulatory landscape is why I have my own Coral Gables lawyer to answer any legal concerns I might have. I recommend befriending a lawyer to bring your mind at ease if you are an entrepreneur.
